Hello Friends of LARP COR,

The Larp Community Organizers Retreat is quickly approaching! This is our sixth annual, weekend retreat, and exists as a space for larp community organizers to meet, share stories and experiences, and learn from one another. This year we are meeting online the weekend of Aug 9-11, 2024. Watch this space for sign-up information.

We have a broad definition of who is a Larp Community Organizer. Communities form around larps, whether it's one parlor game, a monthly campaign, an annual destination larp, or an ongoing rotation of one-shots. Behind every successful community are the community organizers. The role can be formal—a staff, board member, or designer,—or informal, like the person who always brings snacks, or offers up their living room for the event. If you have found yourself in one of these roles, or are interested in taking on one of these roles, this event is for you!
